Make an Immediate Impact on Leadership Development Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a 90-day contract assignment. This role will provide critical operational support to our Learning & Organization Development team, helping execute leadership development programs that support the growth and success of our leaders across the organization. What You'll Do As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of leadership and emerging leader development programs by:
- Coordinating program logistics, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and training materials
- Supporting administration of the Litmos Learning Management System, including completion reporting and learner communications
- Maintaining learning calendars, resources, and program documentation
- Tracking participation and learning metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders
- Assisting with the organization and distribution of learning materials and assets
- Providing day-to-day operational support to the Learning & Organization Development team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, program administration, or a related field
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (Litmos preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
