REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – SHORT-TERM REHAB Dawn Hill Home for Rehab & Healthcare | Bristol, RI

$45–$58 PER HOUR + SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
$9,000 FULL-TIME SIGN-ON BONUS | $5,000 PART-TIME SIGN-ON BONUS

The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Healthcare in Bristol, RI is looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit .

Shifts Available for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Sign on Bonus of: Full Time: $7,500

• Salary: $45-$58 per hour based on experience

• Shift Differentials.

• 8-hour shifts of 7AM-3PM | 3PM-11PM | 11PM-7AM

• Full Time | Part Time | Per Diem

Your Role as a RN:
As a  Registered Nurse (RN)at  Dawn Hill , you’ll make a real impact by:

• Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans. 

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. 

• Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. 

• Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.  

  Qualifications Needed for RN:

• Active  Registered Nurse (RN)license in Rhode Island/Compact.

• Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.

• We require our staff to be vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines. 

• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
