Conklin Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Salespersons. In this exciting role, you will connect with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the purchasing process. At Conklin Automotive Group, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and our Salespersons play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding experience. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and financing options to help customers make informed decisions
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Conduct follow-up communications with customers after sales
Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by the dealership

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Familiarity with automotive industry trends and products is a plus
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs
