Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring needs are met and the shopping experience is memorable. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in required training sessions and workshops. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and optical add-on features offered to customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communication in-store and post-sale. Meet and, when possible, exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Assist with minor adjustments and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on sales floor and back-of-house areas. Provide omnichannel support to deliver a seamless customer experience across platforms, including online and in-store services. Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. punctual and reliable; timeliness and dependability are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Team player who is collaborative, adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback. Natural problem-solver and analytical thinker; able to identify issues, evaluate solutions and implement effective strategies under workload pressure. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a POS system. Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience. Pay Range: 17.55-26.32 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
