Position Overview

We are actively searching for a compassionate and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a passionate team delivering extraordinary care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations of each step
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the accuracy of diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preference for completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Strong technical expertise in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
