What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to adults in the Progressive Care Unit, following clinical protocols and standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs during assigned shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Assist in patient education related to treatment plans and recovery
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to patient changes or emergencies

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in acute or progressive care settings
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
