Retail Sales Associate Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day‑to‑day operations and will be cross‑trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience. Retention Bonus (Summer Program) Friday: $2 additional per regular hour, $3 additional per overtime hour. Saturday: $3 additional per regular hour, $4.50 additional per overtime hour. Sunday: $4 additional per regular hour, $6 additional per overtime hour. Weekend and holiday hours are required. Travel 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally. Other Specialized attire required in food establishments Some restrictions apply.
