Generate an average of 10 or more insurance quotes daily while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Meet or exceed monthly production goals through consistent new business premium written. Follow up diligently with prospects, referrals, and existing opportunities to maximize conversion. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Prepare accurate insurance quotes and guide customers through the application and policy binding process. Educate clients on Farmers products, coverage options, discounts, and available insurance solutions. Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication and exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate customer records and actively manage your sales pipeline using agency systems. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or another customer-facing role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology.
