EV Showroom & Delivery Experience Specialist

Tesla is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist in Peabody, MA. You will be pivotal in the customer journey, guiding clients from their first showroom visit to vehicle delivery, acting as a brand ambassador for Tesla's mission to accelerate sustainable energy. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. In this role, you will also educate customers about the innovative features of Tesla products.
