Documentation Control Support/Record Technician

Job Title

Job Overview:

Resolve documentation gaps, errors, or missing evidence for retired tools to ensure documentation readiness for smooth scrap operations.

Maintain centralized logging, tracking, and control of all project management documentation, including scrap labels, scrap certificates, and related supporting evidence.

Ensure closed-loop compliance for retired tools by verifying documentation completeness within systems prior to operational and financial closure of retirement activities.

Maintain and update wiki and process documentation, job aids, and release notes to guide tool owners and stakeholders on equipment deinstallation activities.

Assist global project management teams with data collection and entry to support process requirements.

Support business objectives by reducing scrap execution risk, improving warehouse cleanup efforts, and enabling consistent global execution of scrap operations.

Ensure readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and record retention requirements.

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

Qualification And Education:

Associate's Degree is required.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
