We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. Role Type Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay Rate $17 per hour Key Responsibilities Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety Administer first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises Maintain amenities and cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms and showers Assist in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by the department manager Enforce the rules of conduct Perform pool maintenance including checking chemicals and vacuuming the pool Check first aid supplies and report needed items to management in a timely manner Organize and monitor pool games at all times; suggest pool‑side games Skim bugs and debris from the surface and empty the automatic skimmer to prepare the pool for daily use Clean up and organize pool area at the end of the day Maintain all necessary records as determined by the department manager Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of lifeguarding experience CPR, First Aid Certification, and various Water Safety/Instructor Certifications required Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes Benefits & Other Compensation Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Employee meals included Employee golf on most Mondays Equality: This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
