This team maintains highly customized core banking applications that support multiple regional operations and complex integrations across payments, cash management, foreign exchange, statements, and market reference data. • Contribute to a major Profile upgrade or replacement assessment and future implementation.
• Gain exposure to enterprise banking initiatives involving ACH, cash management, foreign exchange, electronic statements, and automated reconciliation controls.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customized FIS Profile deposit application functionality.
• Enhance and support FIS Profile DDA version 6.2 and AMR99 applications across 12 regional branch instances.
• Develop and modify application code using MUMPS and Profile Scripting Language.
• Maintain Profile for Windows front-end applications developed in PowerBuilder.
• Provide technical support across development, QA, release, and production environments.
• Analyze defects, implement fixes, and troubleshoot complex transaction and interface issues.
• Document code changes and complete unit testing before transferring solutions to QA, release, or business testing teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews and evaluate vendor-delivered fixes and enhancements for quality and coding-standard compliance.
• Support maintenance, database archiving, and data-management activities within the Profile application environment.
• Investigate issues involving payments and data flowing between Profile and connected banking systems.
• Lead technical discovery and design workshops supporting the Profile upgrade or replacement initiative.
• Support strategic projects involving ACH back-office processing, cash management enhancements, foreign exchange, electronic statements, automated controls, reconciliations, and market reference data.
• Assist with production implementations, testing activities, incident resolution, and ongoing application support.

Do You Bring Proven Success Supporting FIS Profile Deposit Applications?

• 10 or more years of software engineering or application-development experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Deep hands-on development experience with FIS Profile DDA version 6.2 and AMR99.
• Advanced proficiency in MUMPS and Profile Scripting Language.
• Experience maintaining Profile for Windows applications developed in PowerBuilder.
• Strong understanding of demand deposit accounts, deposit processing, payments, and core banking workflows.
• Experience supporting highly customized legacy banking applications.
• Ability to work across development, QA, release, and production environments.
• Experience conducting code reviews, unit testing, technical documentation, and production troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Perforce, UrbanCode, ServiceNow, or comparable deployment, source-control, and incident-management tools.
• Experience reviewing and implementing vendor-provided application fixes and enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to trace complex data flows across integrated banking systems.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and explain legacy application behavior to business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
