ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing what's best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and am married with two daughters and four grandchildren. Family is a big part of my life, and that sense of care and connection carries into the way our office operates. I also stay involved in the community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping support local housing efforts and giving back whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Dawn Goplin - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
