Job Description

The Personal Caregiver plays an essential role in supporting elderly clients by providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities. As part of a caregiving team, this role requires daily travel to clients' homes to deliver services tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The caregiver utilizes mobile app reporting tools to communicate and document care effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene and grooming
Provide medication assistance as directed
Support client mobility and transfer needs
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
Offer emotional support and companionship
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Use mobile app tools for reporting and communication

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in personal caregiving
Proficiency in personal care assistance and medication management
Knowledge of patient safety standards
Strong communication and empathy skills
Effective time management abilities
Experience providing emotional support
