Utilities Customer Service Representative

Suburban Propane seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to support residential, commercial, and industrial customers in our Utilities & Energy business. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and digital inquiries, resolve billing and service questions, and coordinate deliveries and service appointments with operations teams. You’ll educate customers on propane and energy safety, options, and programs while maintaining accurate account records. Working in a safety-first, customer-focused environment, you’ll build long-term relationships and have opportunities for training and advancement in a stable, year-round industry.
