Job Summary
We are seeking a System Engineer with experience in product development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud infrastructure, system requirements, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will support system development, requirements traceability, regulatory compliance, and coordination between onsite and offshore teams.

Location: Hazelwood, MO
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Product Development and SDLC.
- Strong AWS experience with ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, SSM, and CloudWatch.
- Programming experience with C# and Python.
- Experience with REST APIs and ORM.
- Frontend knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience with Docker, Git, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Jenkins.
- Experience with Windows Shell scripting.
- PostgreSQL experience, including data and ETL understanding.
- Experience creating System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability using a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams across Hardware, Software, and Systems.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, and Marketing teams.
- Drive issue resolution, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Serve as the onsite coordinator and primary interface between customer-facing onsite teams and offshore delivery teams.
