Leisure Glen Post Acute Care Center in Glendale, California, is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!
We offer a welcoming, supportive work environment with a great team of therapists, a convenient Glendale location, and plenty of on-site parking.
Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate looking to grow your skills, we'd love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
Collaborate with our rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current California PTA license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required.
New graduates are welcome to apply!
