NOW HIRING: Capex Project Manager (NYC Luxury Residential)

We are partnering with a premier NYC real estate owner/operator to find a Project Manager to oversee massive Capital Improvement (CapEx) projects across an iconic luxury residential portfolio .
Salary Range: $150K - $200K + Exceptional Benefits
Location: New York City
We Are Looking For:
- The Background: Strong experience in residential renovations and large-scale CapEx. (Bonus points if you started in architecture and transitioned to a GC or Owner's Rep role!)
- The Portfolio: Ability to handle massive buildings with larger-than-usual project scopes.
- The Knowledge: Deep familiarity with NYC Local Law 11 / FISP compliance.
- The Track Record: A stable, proven work history.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
