This position oversees the full customer experience lifecycle—from early prospect engagement through application, leasing, and ongoing resident support—while serving as an escalation point and mentor for junior team members. A successful Customer Care Specialist is empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly proactive, ensuring prospects move smoothly through the leasing process and residents receive fast, accurate, and professional support. Qualifications & Skills Required 2–4 years of experience in a call center, leasing, resident services, or customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Weekend availability, including Sundays. Preferred Multifamily leasing or resident services experience. Experience conducting guided virtual tours. Familiarity with maintenance request workflows and escalation processes. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members. Success Metrics Performance will be measured based on: Application completion rate and turnaround time. Lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion rates. Quality of customer interactions and issue resolution outcomes. Accuracy of documentation and follow-up. Weekend availability required. High call and message volume in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ongoing collaboration with leasing, operations, and maintenance teams.
