Medical Director (Family - Internal Medicine), Federally Qualified Health Center

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Medical Director - Federally Qualified Health Center has a great opportunity for a full-time physician (BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to assume the role of medical director.

The medical director will serve as a working nursing home service director for an established dedicated Nursing Home Service with providers embedded in two of the largest Skilled Nursing Facilities in the community. There is an exceptional team of two part-time physicians and 3 full-time nurse practitioners with nursing support staff in the service.


The working physician director will be a part of the patient care team and provider clinical leadership and oversight. Lead an experienced and highly trained medical staff who work collaboratively to bring the best possible care to our patients. Minimal call on weekends and call is shared with other providers.
