Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support in a home care environment
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation
Bathing, Dressing, and transferring are a must
Maintain comprehensive medical records and ensure compliance
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
Engage with patients in senior care settings to enhance their quality of life.
Provide compassionate caregiving while fostering a supportive environment for seniors and the disabled

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of medical terminology and vital sign monitoring techniques.
Ability to use a Hoyer lift.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
