What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) , your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Supporting mobility and transfers to ensure client safety

• Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to your care team

• Following a personalized care plan developed by clinical supervisors

What You Need to Join

• Valid HHA certification or PCA training in New York State

• Reliable transportation to visit clients in Saratoga, Herkimer, or Fulton County

• Genuine compassion and strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a home setting

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
