Profit-Sharing Programs Manager

What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end dealer program operations, including onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, runoff activities, commutations, buyouts, and other structural changes. Create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure program activities are accurate, timely, controlled, and consistent. Support field teams and stakeholders by managing request intake, tracking, communication, service model effectiveness, and escalation of complex or high-visibility issues. Partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, strengthen compliance reporting, improve dashboards and tools, and turn insights into operational improvements. Manage relationships with TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, investment advisors, and internal teams to align expectations, data accuracy, and timelines. Improve processes, workflows, documentation, controls, automation, and program enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team while promoting accountability, engagement, inclusion, talent development, and succession planning. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
