Group/Division
The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets - with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

*Please Note: The candidate selected must be able to work four/10 hour days, Sunday-Wednesday weekly schedule

• To respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment where field product support teams were unable to solve.
  
• To assist field engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging sophisticated optical/electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, coupled with software solutions.
  
• Working on challenging problems requires in-depth system knowledge and a sound understanding of operating principles.
  
• Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, and techniques for achieving results.
  
• To collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft an optimized plan of action to resolve the technical issues and recover equipment functionality to customer satisfaction.
  
• Travel within the region and worldwide to support escalated issues on-site on short notice.
  
• Create document content relative to troubleshooting processes, technical findings, provide service and postmortem reports.
  
• May be involved in tool installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment
  
• Provide Technical Training
  
• Must be able to travel 40-70% domestic and internationally
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical and Mechanical experience; Optical experience preferred
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 0 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; OR equivalent relevant work experience

Total Rewards
Base Pay Range: $32.50 - $48.00 Per HourPrimary Location: USA-AZ-Chandler-KLA
