Job Title: Senior Solution Architect - Data Engineering
Location: Washington, DC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Must-Have:
· Experience delivering multiple production-grade cloud data platform implementations
· Advanced Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark with some exposure to Databricks.
· Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, CDC, streaming, governance, and performance optimization
· Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies
· Experience contributing to solution design and architectural decisions
· Experience leading technical implementation activities and/or mentoring engineers
· At least one Associate-level or higher AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
Nice-to-Have:
· Delta Lake / Lakehouse experience
· Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery experience
· Docker / Kubernetes exposure
· Working knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
