Salary: $114,297 - 235,319 per year Requirements:

• Partner with engineering teams to define, measure, and improve the health, quality, and efficiency of our infrastructure systems.

• Strengthen our data foundations by improving metric definitions, auditing data quality, and contributing to pipeline and measurement enhancements where needed.
• Design and analyze experiments, investigations, and deep dives to quantify the impact of infrastructure changes on user experience, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous technical problems into clear analyses and practical recommendations for engineering and platform partners.
• Support high-priority investigations and decisions related to infrastructure performance, reliability, cost, and measurement quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve how we measure and optimize infrastructure across areas such as performance, shopping infrastructure, governance, metrics quality, and site reliability.

We offer flexibility through our PinFlex working model, and this role requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter while being based anywhere in the country. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance. We also offer equity, and the base salary range for US-based applicants is $114,297-$235,319 USD.
