About the Position

Anesthesiologist

Location: Florida
Schedule: Multiple shift blocks available including 8, 10, 12, and 24 hour coverage blocks, including day, evening, and overnight options. Call blocks are available and candidates with call and weekend availability may be prioritized.

Position Overview
Provide anesthesiology coverage in a high acuity hospital setting with Level 1 trauma and pediatric trauma coverage. The role may include a mix of solo cases and supervision as needed.

Clinical Scope

• Broad case mix including trauma and pediatric coverage
• Comfort working with pediatric patients is strongly preferred and is required for weekend and call coverage
• OB experience is helpful
• EMR: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified, or board eligible within five years as specified in the order details
• Active Florida medical license
• DEA
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
• PALS and TB test
• Recent case logs as required
