As a Remote Boutique Travel Coordinator you'll craft curated journeys for travelers who look for authentic and trips that are out of the ordinary.
Your role
You'll be the architect of unforgettable itineraries: charming islands, boutique hotels, exclusive cruises, and secret gems.
- Connect with clients to understand their travel vision and design tailored itineraries.
- Address any concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Add insider tips, thoughtful upgrades, and surprise touches that elevate the experience.
- Support clients from the first conversation through their return and post-trip feedback.
What you bring
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
- Comfort learning new online platforms and booking systems quickly.
- Experience inhospitality or travel a plus but not mandatory
- A genuine passion for travel and for helping others discover the world.
