Qué estamos buscando?Esta posición admite la postulación de personas con discapacidad conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 32 de la Ley Orgánica para la Inclusión, Igualdad y Desarrollo Integral de las Personas con Discapacidad.Resumen del PuestoEl Analista Contable y de Reportes I será responsable de apoyar las operaciones financieras y contables del Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A., asegurando la precisión y puntualidad de los registros contables y la preparación de informes financieros.Responsabilidades del Puesto* Participar en la preparación y revisión de asientos contables, reconciliaciones de cuentas y análisis de variaciones.* Colaborar en el proceso de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.* Asistir en la elaboración de informes financieros internos y externos, cumpliendo con las políticas contables y normativas aplicables.* Apoyar en la recopilación y análisis de datos financieros para la preparación de reportes regulatorios.* Identificar y resolver discrepancias contables, investigando a fondo las causas raíz.* Mantener la documentación de soporte adecuada para todas las transacciones financieras.* Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la integridad de la información financiera.* Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos contables y de reporte.Requisitos del Puesto* TSU o estudiante en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.* Conocimiento de principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados (GAAP) y/o Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF).* Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones de búsqueda, etc.).* Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.* Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.* Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos.* Se valorará el conocimiento de sistemas ERP contables (ej.
