Physical Therapist

The Encompass Group is partnering with a leading orthopedic healthcare organization to hire a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working in an outpatient orthopedic setting and is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, recover from injuries, and return to their daily activities. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and recovery. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Supervise PTAs and rehabilitation aides as needed. What We're Looking For Current, valid state Physical Therapist license. DPT preferred. Current BLS certification. 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic PT experience preferred. Strong new graduates will also be considered. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and EMR documentation. Why Join? Supportive clinical environment.
