We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Global Operations Manager to play a critical role in supporting and scaling our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day execution. As a key member of the team, you will oversee inventory management, repair operations, fulfillment partners, logistics, and operational process improvement initiatives across a global network. This is a true player-coach role requiring both leadership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Key Responsibilities Lead inventory management and coordination across multiple functions and locations Coordinate repair operations with internal teams and external partners worldwide Act as the primary business representative for third‑party fulfillment and service centers Drive operational performance, KPI development, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Develop and execute global logistics strategies, including forward and reverse logistics operations Manage logistics exceptions and customer escalations to ensure service commitments are achieved Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence Partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support business objectives What We're Looking For Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment, or a related field Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership A structured and analytical approach to problem solving Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on results Experience working with third‑party logistics providers, fulfillment centers, or repair operations is highly desirable A continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence Why Ivy Technology?
