SLOT SERVICE TECHNICIAN II

Location: HCG WITTENBERG Department: HCG-WG Slots Summary This is a 2nd shift position (4P-2:30A). The position is an intermediate technical role primarily responsible for keeping the slot machines operational on a daily basis. It involves intermediate slot machine repair, troubleshooting, software verification, machine optioning and documentation of machine changes. The knowledge gained enhances interactions with guests; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. Responsibilities Keep slot machines operational on a daily basis. Perform intermediate slot machine repair and troubleshooting. Conduct software verification, machine optioning and document machine changes. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED certificate required; two‑year degree in Electronics preferred. Essential: All casino employees subject to criminal and background restrictions of the Ho‑Chunk Nation; must be bondable and licencable according to tribal policy. Experience: Minimum six (6) months prior experience as a Slot Service Technician I or higher, or equivalent experience in a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
