Pediatrics Physician

Walk-in Clinic - Pediatrician * Currently hours are 8am-7pm and NO weekends * Flexible schedule based on FTE * Currently staffed by pediatricians from their own clinic (4-hour shifts) goal is to have our current pediatricians not cover the walk-in clinic anymore and just hire 2-3 pediatricians for the walk-in clinic only * 4-hour shifts 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm for current pediatricians * Location/clinic is in the A building (3 buildings total) * All 8 clinicians (6 physicians and 2 APPs) are rotating these shifts * 240 days = 11,000 visits * Average of 45 visits/day / 15 ish per 4-hour shift * Variability for the season * Lucrative compensation guarantee of $300,000 with upscale potential * wRVU production model * $100,000 incentive/retention loan, forgiven over 4 years (partial paid at signing and partial paid at commencement of employment) This healthcare system has ND locations in Bismarck, Dickinson, Mandan, Minot, and Watford City.
