Warehouse Assistant Manager

Flatiron District, NYC, Full-Time | In-Person A creative jewelry, accessories, and home décor company, is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and highly organized team member to support their daily shipping, packing, and office operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working efficiently, and keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders Pack and ship bulk wholesale orders to retailers Process orders and print shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation Transport and drop off packages at UPS, FedEx, and USPS Lift, carry, move, and organize boxes and merchandise Receive deliveries and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Support general office operations and organizational tasks Qualifications Computer savvy, comfortable navigating order systems, processing shipments, and printing shipping documents Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving boxes throughout the workday Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible Efficient, proactive, and able to multitask Positive attitude, good energy, and strong work ethic Team player willing to jump in wherever needed Previous shipping, packing, or warehouse experience is a plus The Ideal Candidate Someone who is dependable, resourceful, organized, and takes pride in their work.
