Blue Yonder Job TitleProgram Manager - Product Implementation ProjectsSynonymous Job TitleProgram ManagerLocationUS-RemoteScopeOversee the coordination and execution of multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with technical development leads and cross-functional teams across geographical locations to plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets.Deliver value propositions to customers defined within the scope of the programOur Current Technical EnvironmentUsage of SAFe and Agile methodologies for program management.Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.Engagement with AI/ML systems and supply chain management technologies to enhance decision-making and process automation.What You’ll DoLead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for global manufacturing customersWork closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scopeCommunicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and managementIdentify and mitigate program risks and issuesContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutionsDevelop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesWhat We Are Looking For3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related fieldSupply Chain industry experience is requiredDemonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution for internal and external stakeholdersExperience in managing Planning and Execution SolutionsExperience in WMS and TMS in Automotive industryExperience with program management, including timelines, budgets, and resourcesStrong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred#LI-REMOTE-------------------------------------------The annual salary range for this position is $119,254.03 - $172,873.06 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
