Bilingual HR Generalist - Manufacturing - $80k-$90k

As the HR Generalist, you will partner closely with employees and front-line leaders to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for managers, provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, assist with performance and staffing initiatives, and help ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. Client Details As the HR Generalist, you will partner closely with employees and front-line leaders to support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for managers, provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, assist with performance and staffing initiatives, and help ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. Prior HR experience in manufacturing or adjacent industry is preferred. This role is five days a week on-site in Suffolk County, Long Island. Description Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new hires. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
