Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Brown Point Facility Management Solutions, LLC. is looking to hire an HVAC Maintenance Technician to be assigned to a portfolio of commercial office buildings. The HVAC Technician would have the following responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive):

*HVAC Technician Responsibilities:*

* Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Maintaining and repairing pumps.
* Maintaining and repairing cooling towers.
* Maintaining and repairing boilers.
* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
* Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services.
* Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
* Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
* Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
* Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
* Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
* Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
* Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
* Installs equipment and appliances.
* Follows local and state building codes.
* Complies with all company safety regulations.
* Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
* Reports any issues to the maintenance manager or clients.
* Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
* Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
* Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
* Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
* Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
* Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 40.0 per week
