Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient orthopedic clinic experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule follows Monday through Friday
• Expected patient volume includes 15 scheduled visits per day with an expectation to see 12 visits per day
