About This Role The Nurse Educator (RN) is a dynamic nursing leader responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that promote clinical excellence, professional growth, and quality patient care. This role serves as a mentor, coach, and resource for nursing staff while supporting the development of a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Highlights Location: Lewis Road Administrative Building, NY Facility: UHS Nursing Education Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff. Mentor and coach nursing staff to promote professional growth. Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new employees. Support competency validation and credentialing requirements. Partner with operational leaders to identify educational needs. Design, implement, and evaluate an Internal MOA Training Program. Establish educational standards and onboarding processes. Create learning experiences that support employee success. Foster continuous learning through collaboration and evidence-based education.
