Job TitleIndustrial Process EngineerJob DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certificationAssess processes, take measurements and interpret dataDesign, run, test and upgrade systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of outputPerform process simulationsProduction efficiency tracking and improvement (OEE, Cycle/Time, SPM)Perform risk assessmentsProvide process documentation and operating instructionsDevelop, configure and optimize line layout and material flow process in the weld departmentEstablish lean manufacturing process and implement effective line-side presentationSupport identifying MHE (Material Handling Equipment) types and routes, leading to safe work environmentEffective communicatorQualifications:BS degree in EngineeringProven work experience in process engineeringKnowledge of process related standardsExperience in process simulationsWorking knowledge of process engineering software packagesCAD or AutoCad skillsFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsAnalytical thinker with interpersonal skillsEnvironmental & Physical Demands:The environmental conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
