Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations

1. Job responsibilities include those listed in the competency document.

2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with Mcleod Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

3. Understands Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform features and module functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption.

4. Manage permissions and access for users, roles, and groups.

5. Maintain Service Catalogs and Service Level Agreements.

6. Manage a healthy configuration management database (CMDB).

7. Maintain system performance through regular checkups.

8. Provide end-user training where necessary and creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users.

9. Responsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades.

10. Develop and maintain import templates for the loading of data.

11. Deploy update sets from non-production environment.

12. Any other related duties as required.

Qualifications/Training:

Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

At least 3 years of experience with an ITSM platform.

Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes are highly recommended.

Ability to communicate with all levels of end users, IS and Management staff.

2+ years of IT experience in information technology with a focus on IT application operations in a large scale, complex environment.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
