What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at Valley Pointe, you'll play an essential role in helping residents regain independence, improve daily function, and confidently return home.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on functional independence and quality of life
• Help residents improve activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and safety
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families on adaptive strategies, safety techniques, and home programs
• Document treatment sessions and resident progress accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
