Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Global Order to Cash function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the end-to-end global order-to-cash engine, leading a global team at the forefront of revenue and operational transformation. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance operations within complex, global organizations, particularly those with a focus on subscription-based or recurring-revenue business models. The Senior Director will own the full O2C lifecycle, from order management to cash application, and will be a key partner in ensuring revenue is accurate, compliant, and delivered with a strong customer experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a related field, with a deep understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606, and extensive experience in SOX-controlled, audit-intensive environments. The role requires a change management leader with the ability to drive transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and balance operational excellence with strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems orientation, be data-driven, and possess a pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable leadership style. Experience in leading globally distributed teams and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across various functions are essential. The role is pivotal in owning the O2C systems roadmap, driving automation, data integrity, and process standardization across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms, and defining key performance metrics for continuous improvement.
