Server

Summary: As a Private Club Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our club members and their guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greeting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.Anticipating and fulfilling members' needs throughout their dining experience.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Upholding the club's standards of quality, presentation, and service at all times.Assisting with special events and functions as needed.Education, Experience and/or Qualifications:Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment or private club preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is desirable.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sailfish-Club-of-Florid
