About the Role
EHS Insight is looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and strengthen our recruiting function. You will personally manage searches across technical, customer-facing, sales and corporate functions while building the processes, tools and reporting needed to support consistent, high-quality hiring.
We're looking for someone who does more than manage applicants and schedule interviews. The right person proactively builds strong pipelines, develops a deep understanding of each role, advises hiring managers, anticipates obstacles, and brings forward practical solutions. You'll serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders throughout the company.
This role reports to the Director of People.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting Execution
-
Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, customer success, sales and corporate roles.
-
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
-
Build qualified pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals and networking.
-
Conduct thoughtful candidate screens and deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience.
-
Develop structured interview plans, competency-based questions, and scorecards.
-
Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment and selection decisions.
Pipeline Health & Reporting
-
Monitor pipeline health and proactively address sourcing gaps, delays, bottlenecks, and other risks.
-
Keep hiring managers and leadership informed through consistent recruiting updates, clear recommendations, and meaningful data.
-
Build and maintain Greenhouse dashboards and reports covering pipeline strength, source effectiveness, stage conversion, time to fill, and overall hiring progress.
Systems & Process
-
Own and maintain Greenhouse workflows, templates, permissions, integrations, data quality, reporting, and user support as the platform continues to mature.
-
Create, document and continuously improve recruiting processes and standard operating procedures.
-
Keep job postings and recruiting materials accurate and current across Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
-
Stay current on recruiting trends, technology, compliance, and labor-market conditions, and recommend practical improvements.
This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple searches and initiatives, communicate progress openly, collaborate effectively, and deliver results with reliable follow-through and minimal oversight.
What We’re Looking For
-
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting in a SaaS or technology environment.
-
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
-
Experience partnering with engineering, technology and customer success leaders on specialized or difficult-to-fill roles.
-
Deep, hands-on Greenhouse expertise, including workflows, templates, scorecards, permissions, integrations, data quality, dashboards and analytics.
-
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct-sourcing techniques.
-
Experience creating recruiting processes, documentation, and structured selection practices.
-
Strong candidate assessment skills and sound judgment when evaluating qualifications and potential.
-
Ability to use recruiting data to identify risks, guide decisions, and inform leadership.
-
Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through across multiple priorities.
-
Confidence advising busy hiring managers and constructively challenging ideas when appropriate.
-
A collaborative working style, including a willingness to share progress, seek input when appropriate, and keep stakeholders informed without requiring frequent follow-up.
-
Clear, credible, and responsive written and verbal communication skills.
-
Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and iterating quickly as needs change.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience recruiting in a fully remote, private-equity-backed or high-growth SaaS organization.
-
Experience recruiting across both technical and go-to-market / customer-facing roles.
-
Experience serving as the primary owner/administrator of Greenhouse, including ongoing optimization, integrations, and user support.
-
Familiarity with recruiting-related employment compliance across multiple US states.
-
Experience with Criteria Corp. or another pre-employment assessment platform and with background-check integrations.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first six months, the successful candidate will have established strong working relationships with hiring managers, developed a clear understanding of our roles and talent markets, created reliable visibility into pipeline health, and strengthened the consistency of our recruiting processes. Greenhouse will be well maintained and used effectively, recruiting documentation will be current, and leaders will receive proactive recommendations rather than needing to identify each next step.
What We Offer

-
Six weeks of paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees
-
Medical, dental and vision coverage
-
100% employer-paid employee-only medical coverage
