Work Environment

As an Orthopedic PTA at Reinforce Physical Therapy, you will work on-site in a vibrant hospital environment that is fully equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment and resources. The typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, providing a balanced professional lifestyle with hours ranging from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM. This structure allows you to engage fully with our patients while also benefiting from predictable working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in assessing patients' physical capabilities through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and adapt treatment plans under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall functional status.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise regimens to effectively treat patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, focusing on pain relief and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to provide holistic care that addresses each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention, promoting ongoing rehabilitation beyond the clinical settings.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge plans, adhering to regulatory compliance and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This PTA role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually.
