Summary The Thrift Store Associate provides daily support in sales, customer service, donation processing, and store upkeep, ensuring that customers and donors experience excellent service in a Christ-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately process register transactions (cash, card, and non-cash purchases) Deliver friendly, engaging customer service Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor Assist with merchandise rotation and donation flow Support store cleanliness and presentation standards Work well with other team associates Consistently model Wellspring’s mission and values in interactions with customers and donors. Success in the Role Customers feel welcomed and valued Transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Productivity expectations are consistently met Dependability and punctuality are demonstrated Job Scope The Associate serves as a key frontline team member, responsible for providing reliable, daily support to ensure smooth store operations. This role requires consistent availability across a 20 hour workweek, including weekends, and involves responsibility for customer service, donation intake, sales support, and assisting management in operational tasks.
