What You'll Be Doing

• Safely guide traffic through active work zones using flags, signs, and clear hand signals
• Communicate lane closures, detours, and route changes to drivers
• Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and flagging stations
• Stay alert and identify potential safety risks before they become problems
• Coordinate with other flaggers and crew members to keep traffic flowing smoothly
• Follow traffic control standards and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with basic site setup, maintenance, and cleanup

What We're Looking For

• Experience in traffic control or flagging is a plus — but we'll train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Pay & Growth

$16.00/hour to start

$17.00/hour after just 3 months

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
