Epic Applications Systems Analyst

Collaborating with operational stakeholders, the full-time remote Epic Applications Systems Analyst will implement and support clinical and business applications, ensuring alignment with business processes while managing project deliverables and technical troubleshooting. Key responsibilities Works on cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks are completed within project scope and management guidelines Collaborates with subject matter experts to evaluate and configure application features, including security settings Investigates and resolves issues related to application configuration, participating in ticket triage and critical incident response Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve them as required by the department Experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs) is preferred Healthcare experience is preferred Team player with strong problem-solving and time management skills
