Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of approximately 20 properties Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations Process AP invoices and manage tenant receivables Handle CAM reporting and lease administration Assist with tenant billing inquiries and account maintenance Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR Property management, real estate accounting, or Yardi experience preferred
